Arsalan Khan joined the group in 2020 currently serves as Business Development and Operations within Quantlase lab, Arsalan played a crucial role in Operations of Diffractive Phase Interferometry (DPI Device) for Covid-19 screening across UAE.  His role plays a crucial part in advancing the lab's research capabilities by actively collaborating with research institutes, hospitals, and universities. His responsibilities include securing regulatory approvals and certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, which are vital for maintaining the lab’s compliance and quality standards.

Arsalan is also instrumental in developing and executing targeted advertising strategies and marketing plans to enhance the lab's brand visibility and support the growth of its research facility. He continuously monitors external opportunities, assessing the landscape for potential expansion, and is a proactive participant in conferences, particularly those focused on quantum technology, green energy, finance and various specialties. This involvement allows him to establish collaborative partnerships and networks, further contributing to the lab's overall success. In addition to his business development efforts, Arsalan is deeply involved in the strategic planning and market research necessary for future projects, overseeing the lab's operations and administration to ensure smooth functioning, and effective coordination across management, operations, administration, procurement, human resources and finance functions.
